Have a Good Night States Christmas

I am so psyched about my friends at Good Night States being honored as the number 1 local band in Pittsburgh by 91.3 WYEP. They also just released a free Christmas Song. Steve's voice has the perfect rasp for a Christmas song. The words are sweet but somehow, he takes the edge off the sacharin stuff that so often clings to Christmas.

I am not a big fan of "new country." I like the old guys- hank williams and Johnny Cash. However, when my sis-in-law, Celeste told me to listen to Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton (I like Dolly) singing HWne I Get Where I am Going, I checked it out. Wow, what a powerful song.
